Ancoria Pension Plan: Transition to Electronic Document Delivery

At Ancoria Insurance, we are committed to improving our service and reducing our environmental impact. As part of this commitment, we are discontinuing the practice of mailing paper policy documents under the Ancoria Pension Plan.

Effective from 15/11/2023, all your Ancoria Pension Plan documents, including your annual statements, will become available exclusively in digital format through our secure online platform Ancoria OnLine. This will offer you quicker access to your documents and help reduce paper usage.

To ensure a smooth transition to the electronic delivery of your documents, please verify that your contact information is up to date so that you receive email notifications when a new document becomes available. You can view and change your contact details through Ancoria OnLine by selecting “My Details” and then “Personal Details”.

If you have any questions regarding the above, please contact our Customer Service team at +357 22 551 300 or info@ancoria.com.

The project was submitted under the Digital Transformation for Business Program and is co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund and the Republic of Cyprus.
