Who we are

Our life journey and yours

Our story

It all started helping others prepare themselves for the future.

The seed was planted over 30 years ago when Ancoria founder Sievert Larsson, a Swedish Entrepreneur, started an insurance company in Cyprus together with his friend, Roger Akelius.

Today Ancoria Insurance is a Life Insurance company that specialises in financial planning through life insurance policies for individuals and occupational pension schemes for Cypriot corporations.

A significant milestone for Ancoria was year 2007, when Sievert made the decision to donate all his shares to the Sievert Larsson Scholarship Foundation, thus dedicating his life to helping others build better futures for themselves.

Sievert’s mission - to provide educational opportunities to underprivileged children around the world— has been the backbone of everything Ancoria has accomplished as a company since.

Today, Ancoria continues to help people build better futures, by making financial security happen with flexible solutions for every life milestone.

The Sievert Larsson Scholarship Foundation, our majority shareholder, is still an inspiration for everything we do. The majority of our profits go towards the Foundation to help underprivileged children secure the educational opportunities they deserve.
