Terms of Use

Our Sites are operated by Ancoria Insurance Public Ltd (“We”). We are registered in Cyprus under registration number HE29805 and have our registered office at 36 Laodikias street, Strovolos, 2028 Nicosia, Cyprus. We are a life insurance company regulated by the Cypriot Superintendent of Insurance.

Use of our websites https://www.ancoria.com and https://online.ancoria.com (“the Sites”) is subject to these Terms of Use. Use may include accessing, browsing and/or registering on our Sites. By continuing to use our Sites, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must refrain from using our Sites.

The following additional terms also apply:

  • Our Privacy Statement, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using our Sites, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Accessing our Sites

Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owners or licensees of all intellectual property rights relating to our Sites and to the material published on them. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You must not use any part of the content on our Sites for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us. You may print off one copy and download extracts of any pages from our Sites for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our Sites. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and their subject matter and formation are governed by Cyprus law. You and we both agree that the Cypriot courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use.
