Important information regarding Money Market Funds SEK/USD/GBP

As part of our ongoing efforts to align our product offering with our clients’ needs and interests, we are making some changes to the Money Market Fund SEK/USD/GBP (“Funds”).

The investment objective of the Funds remain to achieve a return in line with each Fund’s reference currency money market rates and to provide a high level of capital protection. However, the investment strategy of the Funds is changing to provide greater flexibility in the implementation of the Funds’ objective. The new investment strategy will entail a greater allocation to money market instruments, instead of bank deposits, thus enhancing the degree of diversification that the Funds offer to their unit holders.

This change in strategy is not expected to alter the main characteristics of the Funds, including their risk and return profile.

The changes will become effective by February 21st, 2023. If you have any questions or need further clarifications, please contact Customer Service at +357 22 551 300 or info@ancoria.com.

Sincerely,

Ancoria Insurance Public Ltd
